SHE Leads Group is My Passion!
My name is Beth Boen, Founder of SHE Leads Group. I am 40-year business development professional and mom of a college son who keeps me on my toes! I love helping people build long-term, loyal relationships that produce quality connections in their business that can lead to lifetime customers and endless referrals. SHE Leads Group allows me to do that.
Before I started SHE Leads Group, I used to talk to people about the best job I ever had. I was the Marketing and Promotions Manager for a local newspaper back in Illinois. I was the community liaison for the newspaper. I was required to go to networking events, belong to service clubs and chambers of commerce, support the community through evaluating sponsorship opportunities presented to the newspaper, and produce special events for the newspaper. I was very active in the community and connected people. Relationships and connecting was the name of the game. I LOVED it and I was great at it! It was my dream job and it felt more like a hobby than a job. I’ve had other jobs where relationship building was part of my job, but maybe not the main focus of my job. When I look back at any job I have ever had, the relationship part of those jobs was my favorite.
Another gift I have is being a great trainer. As an employee, I was always the person the boss asked to train the new employees. I loved helping them, making them feel welcome to their new surroundings, and answering their questions. My co-workers thought I was crazy for embracing this role. Well, it is just who I am. We all have different gifts, and I am thankful I know mine and my passion.
I share my passion and gifts with members to support them in growing their business and provide a network of women where that culture of support if felt by everyone at every event! We aim to be the most welcoming group of women you will meet at a networking event. As the Founder of SHE Leads Group, I want to know every one of my members.
I have the best job! SHE Leads Group allows me to teach businesses how to be successful in any kind of business relationship. I bring together 40 years of sales, marketing and customer service experience to provide SHE Leads Group members master class trainings they can’t get in college or trade school.

The letters “S H E” stand for Supporting Heart & Enterprise ®. Heart is our families, or anything near and dear and personal to us. Enterprise is our business or career. Members are expected to uphold the values and culture for which SHE stands. Every member of SHE Leads Group should desire to be a resource to each other. SHE Leads Group is more than just a leads group. We are a group of supportive women who truly want to help others in any way possible.
