Photographic Release

AS A MEMBER OR ATTENDEE OF ANY SHE LEADS GROUP EVENT I AGREE TO THIS PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I, hereby grant SHE Leads Group permission to use my likeness in a photograph and/or video in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of SHE Leads Group's printed and digital publications, social media, email newsletters, and website. I understand and agree that any photograph and/or video using my likeness will become property of SHE Leads Group and will not be returned.

I acknowledge that since my participation with SHE Leads Group is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation.

I hereby irrevocably authorize SHE Leads Group to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo and/or video for purposes of publicizing SHE Leads Group's programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph and/or video.

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge SHE Leads Group from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

If I do not want to provide my photographic release, I must email beth@sheleadsgroup.com requesting that no photo and/or video of myself be used for any purposes. Photos and/or videos prior to the date of email may still be used.
