Here's what you need to know

What is a "Mini Expo"?

"Mini" simply means it is a shorter event with less exhibitors. SHE Leads Group members who completed our expo survey will be offered exhibitor space first in the order of when their survey was submitted. Business Category Exclusivity will also be honored. There will be no duplicate industries. We will have a total of nine exhibitors. Table size is 60 inches long by 18 inches wide.

When/Where is the event being held?

Thursday, April 10 from 8 -11:30 a.m. (time includes set up and tear down).
Office building at 7800 E Union Ave., Denver, CO 80237 - this is a beautiful venue with good parking and on the first floor upon entering the building.

What is the cost and is table sharing allowed?

The cost is $25 for a table + the exhibitor must provide a minimum $50 gift card door prize.
You may share a $25 table with another SHE Leads Group member, but both businesses must provide a door prize. The tables are 60" long x 18 " wide. It is a smaller table, so if you are sharing, keep that in mind.
Exhibitors will also be given individual social media graphics promoting them as an exhibitor and are asked to post to their social media accounts and in their email newsletters (if applicable), no less than once per week, the six weeks leading up to the event (Beginning no later than February 27).

What is the format of the event?

The event will celebrate the 9th anniversary of SHE Leads Group and will be a networking and mini expo event. The schedule is as follows (times are approximate):
- 8-8:45 a.m. set up for exhibitors
- 8:45-9:15 attendees arrive, welcome table and refreshments in lobby
- 9:15-9:30 Short 15-minute program recognizing sponsors, acknowledging 9-year anniversary of SHE Leads Group with a few testimonials.
- 9:30-11 network and visit vendor tables (10:30-11) door prize drawing winners announced
- 11-11:30 a.m. tear down

What if I have never participated as an exhibitor in an expo - what do I do?

We want all exhibitors to have a successful event and will provide each exhibitor with an expo success guide. Additionally, if an exhibitor needs to brainstorm ideas or has questions, please schedule a 1:1 with the Founder.

What does SHE stand for?

SHE is more than a leads group - SHE Leads Group exists to support women in business development roles. SHE Members are women in business who appreciate the role many women have being a full-time caregiver to loved ones and advancing their full-time career or business. The letters “S H E” stand for Supporting Heart & Enterprise ®. Heart is our families, or anything near and dear and personal to us. Enterprise is our business or career. Members are expected to uphold the values and culture for which SHE stands. Every member of SHE Leads Group should desire to be a resource to each other. SHE Leads Group is more than just a leads group. We are a group of supportive women who truly want to help others in any way possible.
