Beth is passionate about sharing her knowledge and support with other women in business, or those who are in sales and marketing roles in their career. There are many things Beth would tell the "Younger Beth", that are lessons in business she has learned over the years.

To get the most of this training workshop, when you sign up for this event, you will be given some research homework to do on your competition. The guide will help you figure out which of your competitors to research. You will bring that research with you to this event.

Meet Beth Boen
SHE Leads Group Founder
Beth Boen lives in beautiful Colorado near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains with her husband and son. Her Colorado journey began in 2001, when—then a single, career-focused woman—she followed a lifelong dream and packed up to start fresh in the Centennial State.
With a successful 16-year career in corporate sales and marketing behind her, Beth launched her own marketing consultancy in 2005. She quickly discovered that what she loved most wasn’t just the strategy—it was helping people build relationships, grow through referrals, and create exceptional customer experiences.
Although her consultancy flourished, in 2016 Beth felt called to create something more personal and impactful. After a disappointing experience with a traditional leads group, she was inspired to build something better—an authentic, supportive space where women could genuinely connect and grow. That’s when SHE Leads Group was born.
Today, SHE Leads Group is Beth’s main focus and true passion. While she no longer markets herself as a consultant, she still enjoys sharing her marketing expertise during one-to-one meetings with members. It’s just one of the many perks of being part of a community that’s all about lifting each other up.
What does SHE stand for?
SHE is more than a leads group - SHE Leads Group exists to support women in business development roles. SHE Members are women in business who appreciate the role many women have being a full-time caregiver to loved ones and advancing their full-time career or business. The letters “S H E” stand for Supporting Heart & Enterprise ®. Heart is our families, or anything near and dear and personal to us. Enterprise is our business or career. Members are expected to uphold the values and culture for which SHE stands. Every member of SHE Leads Group should desire to be a resource to each other. SHE Leads Group is more than just a leads group. We are a group of supportive women who truly want to help others in any way possible.
