SHE Leads Group Founder, Beth Boen has more than 35 years of experience in marketing, sales, and customer experience. Beth wants all her members to know what she knows. Beth has created and produced three master classes to help small business owners grow clientele, referrals, and retain customers.
Prior to starting SHE Leads Group, Beth Boen had a successful marketing agency and side business teaching the art of providing exceptional service. Prior to opening her marketing agency in 2005, she worked in the corporate world. - How to Write Your DIY Marketing Plan - Learn what a marketing plan really is, what is included in a marketing plan, what order to do your marketing plan, and how to complete each section of your marketing plan so that you have your road map to reach your goals. This class includes an electronic fill-in-the-blank workbook, a marketing summary chart, and marketing budget template.
- Mastering Referral Marketing - Learn how to get more referrals from clients and referral partners, including those in your own networking and leads groups. Learn the common mistakes people make that keeps them from earning the most referrals possible. This class includes an electronic Referral Marketing Plan with sample verbiage to help you ask for referrals. There is a right way and a wrong way to ask for referrals.
- How to Deliver WOW Customer Service - Learn what is necessary to provide the kind of customer service that produces word-of-mouth referrals and 5-star Google reviews! Today's norm is just OK customer service at best. The art of providing WOW customer service is gone. In this class you will learn what customer pet peeves are, how to out service the competition, customer service etiquette that used to be the norm and is now gone at most places of business, and so much more.

SHE is more than a leads group - SHE Leads Group exists to support women in business development roles. SHE Members are women in business who appreciate the role many women have being a full-time caregiver to loved ones and advancing their full-time career or business. The letters “S H E” stand for Supporting Heart & Enterprise ®. Heart is our families, or anything near and dear and personal to us. Enterprise is our business or career. Members are expected to uphold the values and culture for which SHE stands. Every member of SHE Leads Group should desire to be a resource to each other. SHE Leads Group is more than just a leads group. We are a group of supportive women who truly want to help others in any way possible.
