This session will explore how playfulness fosters resilience by shifting perspectives, reducing stress, and enhancing creative problem-solving. Using principles from neuroscience and the IGN!TE Framework, attendees will learn actionable strategies to incorporate play into their daily work, helping them stay agile, innovative, and motivated—no matter the hurdles they face.
