Kris Jordan is the COO of My Purple Plumber located in Parker, Colorado. Kris has been in the plumbing industry for 16 years and decided to start her own company to close the gaps with the new generation of homeowners and good customer service. Growing up in the industry with her father, yet by being outside of it as a woman and observer (rather than a tech), she has learned a lot about reducing jargon and technical ego and really connecting with customers to solve their problem, not upsell services. They leverage technology to provide more transparency, a smaller footprint, and better service. They are Plumbing. Service. Innovated.
