Abby Leeper Gibson is the Co-Founder and Principal at All In Strategic Counseling located in Brighton, Colorado. All In Strategic Consulting assesses client and community values to understand where there is a need in messaging and program management to increase meaningful connections. They do this by providing media relations, community outreach, crisis communications, grant writing and management and content development.
Founders Abby Leeper Gibson and Anna Michaels-Boffy met in 2013 where many young idealists do - on the campaign trail. With Anna working in the field, and Abby in communication, they bonded over a passion for serving the people of Colorado. After the campaign, Anna and Abby went on different paths to explore and expand their skill sets: Abby to the world of in-house financial marketing, and Anna to the social services industry. Seven years later, Anna and Abby realized that in a disjointed world, there is an urgent need to find connections in order to build stronger communities. They came together to combine their experiences and complementary expertise and bring a unique skill set to support both community based organizations and the people they serve.
Ideal Client
Abby's ideal client is a nonprofit, government agency or small business that wants to improve its external communications. Abby enjoys working with organizations that already have marketing systems in place, but want to bring in fresh eyes to build or refine messaging. One communication strategy she often leverages is earned media, and we are most effective working in Colorado as we have a strong understanding of the statewide media market. As trade relates are more niche, she can operate more broadly in this segment, depending on the industry. Industries of previous/current clients include youth support/development, economic literacy, travel/tourism, small insurance brokerages, sustainability tech and social equity projects.
