Patty Hogan is a Professional Home Organizer with Nice & Orderly Solutions located in Goose Creek, South Carolina and servicing the greater Charleston area. Patty started her professional home organizing business based on a continued desire to make a profound difference in people’s lives, as she did in her first profession as an occupational therapist. She needed a change from the healthcare field, yet still wanted to help people. Inspired by Matthew Kelly's book, Perfectly Yourself, she decided to pursue what she had always loved to do...organizing.
Patty started Nice and Orderly Solutions in 2019 after taking a 12 week course with Organizer Club, a wonderful company that taught her the nuts and bolts of how to start a professional home organizing business. She then joined an awesome mastermind group just for home organizers during the COVID shutdown after she quit her job as an occupational therapist at a local nursing home. Patty's husband lost his job shortly thereafter, which helped them finally fulfill their dream of moving south!
Patty has helped tons of people at every age level achieve their desired goals in her first career as an OT and now she is loving ‘wearing a new hat’ and working with people to achieve their goals for their homes and lives in her role as a professional home organizer. She loves teaching people the tips and tricks of downsizing, decluttering and setting up systems for maintaining order in their homes! Being organized is a learned skill that she is happy to teach others.
Patty is blessed with a wonderful husband and 3 awesome adult children. She not only enjoy singing in her church choir, beach-going, reading, golf and jigsaw puzzles, but she especially thrives on the amazing feeling she gets from helping people change their lives for the better by getting their homes in shape!

Patty's ideal client is a female aged 40-65 who has recently gone through a life transition. People often get stuck and inundated with clutter after a move, a job transition, a divorce or the loss of a close family member. She truly loves helping individuals clear out the clutter in their homes so they can begin to imagine what life has to offer once they get over this major hump that is holding them back.
