Cynthia Johnson is the Owner and Medical Marketing Consultant with Golden Tide Consulting located in Mt Pleasant, South Carolina. Golden Tide Consulting is a medical marketing company.  Their primary focus is building websites for medical clinics.  When they design and build the websites, they want to make sure that it’s built in a way that lets it rank high in the search engines so that they can get a lot of traffic from the local area to the website. At the same time, they design the website to make it as easy as possible for a user to book an appointment, thus becoming a patient, since the most important purpose of a website is to get more patients through the door.

The content they write for their client’s websites is educational, thus giving them an opportunity to learn about what ails them and builds trust in the practice.

In addition to writing SEO optimized content, they also run Google Ads for our clients that wish to have even more immediate results.  Not all clinics should run ads though, since they should first make sure they have a website that is built to convert, and also an internal team to handle the increased volume of calls and appointment requests.

Social media presence is also important for some clinics, so they offer custom social media content for clients that want to showcase their accomplishments, their team, or educate their audience through their social channels.

Even though they provide all of the above, it's their devotion to giving great customer service that keeps their clients with them for so long. Client's know that Cynthia is waiting by her inbox or phone and are quick to make any edits needed or answer any questions they may have.
