Alice Mae Gillette is the Co-Founder and Client Success Manager at Bridge Benefit Group located in Charleston, South Carolina. The Bridge Benefit Group was founded by two Charleston Natives on the principle of growing and succeeding alongside our community, local businesses, and brokerages that make the community so wonderful.
Since the 2020 pandemic, especially, they noticed that the essential needs of small businesses and their employees were not being met. The landscape of business and benefits changed to a “ME” mentality that focuses on profit over people and we believe that it is time to change that.
The vision at The Bridge Benefit Group is to shift the landscape to a “People over Profit” mentality. They are here to help educate on all options and keep open and transparent communication along the entire journey.
