SHE Leads Group & The VOICE Customer Service Training

My name is Beth Boen, Founder of SHE Leads Group and The VOICE Customer Service Training, and Mom of a boy who keeps me on my toes! I love helping people build long-term, loyal relationships that produce quality connections in their business that can lead to lifetime customers and endless referrals. Both of my businesses allow me to do that.

I used to talk to people about the best job I ever had. I was the Marketing and Promotions Manager for a local newspaper back in Illinois. I was the community liaison for the newspaper. I was required to go to networking events, belong to service clubs and chambers, support the community through evaluating sponsorship opportunities presented to the newspaper. I was very active in the community and connected people. Relationships and connecting was the name of the game. I LOVED it and I was great at it! It was my dream job and felt more like a hobby than a job. I’ve had other jobs where relationship building was part of my job, but maybe not the main focus of my job. When I look back at any job I have ever had, the relationship part of those jobs was my favorite.

As an employee, I was always the person the boss asked to train the new employees. I loved helping them, making them feel welcome to their new surroundings, and answering their questions. My co-workers thought I was crazy for embracing this role. Well, it is just who I am. We all have different gifts, and I am thankful I know mine and my passion.

As a customer, I am that customer who will be most loyal, never leave you and refer to you. That’s why, when I have a bad customer service experience, I am one of the only 4% who will complain. I don’t want to break up. I want the problem fixed and continue to have a long-term relationship. So many businesses don’t get this. They are only concerned about how much can they get away with charging you. They have the misconception the complainer is just trying to get something for free. In reality, it is the loyal customer trying to help them succeed.

Now I have the best job! Both my businesses allow me to teach businesses how to be successful in any kind of business relationship. I bring together more than 30 years of sales, marketing and customer service experience to provide SHE Leads Group members training they can’t get in college or trade school.
